Abstract
The project seeks to provide a housing solution for Internally Displaced People who were displaced as a result of the 2007 post-election violence. The proposal will explain briefly how immediate problems will be addressed first (crisis management) and how eventually the resultant settlement will be cultivated into a thriving, self-sustaining community once again (progressive development).
