The community has an strong local identity and local traditions of construction practices that can be used to transform the current situation with the social participation and endogenous ways. The project offers integral solutions in order to produce significant changes in the neighborhood, based on local focuses, appropriate technologies and concepts of sustainable construction. The result is a resilient community that can be used as benchmark for Cuba and other countries in development.
