Abstract
OEVI ( Ephemeral organization of immediate housing) originates from the search for a timely, simple and immediate response to a natural catastrophe, having as reference the earthquake/tsunami that took place at Chile in 2010.

According to the researched catastrophe, there are identifiable elements that determine the development of this proposal; versatility, efficiency, light accessible structures with high resistance and ease of installation.

OEVI bases on the concept of providing a fast response to efficiently attend those affected in an organized, versatile, self-supported and modular way. It is intended to offer temporary housing, services, and amusement systems that count with constructive simple models that can be built as soon as possible.

The proposal in essence consists of a module in which five households and a service area are distributed - this area has toilette, shower and laundry services. This system replicates eight times consolidating a block that enables the progressive growth of the project according to the emerging needs if end usersy. Each one of this blocks is self- supported, meaning that is looked for to implement alternative technologies in order to meet the most basic needs of end inhabitants.

each block is connected through amusement spaces and workshops for the development of daily activities, searching for the community's integration.
